THE SLOW SHIPPING APPROACH

I guess I’m asking you a favour. I’m choosing to avoid the pressure to get my goods packed and posted as quick as possible like I believe a lot of small businesses must be feeling, and instead hoping that people will like my products enough to let me take my care and time in getting them out to you.

ONE POSTING DAY A WEEK

I’ve opted for a single posting day a week that all orders up to 10am the previous day will definitely be sent no later than. If you order before 10am on a Tuesday you will definitely get your order posted on the Wednesday. Any orders after this time will be guaranteed for the following Wednesday. (Tuesday is Teds nursery day so I have plenty of time to get things printed and ready to go!) This means I can batch my printing and packing and prioritise painting, and creating! If I get time in the week to send out orders sooner I absolutely will do but just to relieve the pressure on my already quite fragile postpartum brain I’ve put a boundary in place that I hope you will accept.

WHAT IF YOU NEED A PRODUCT QUICKLY?

Well don’t worry, I understand, I myself am the queen of leaving things to the last minute! The benefit of my SLOW SHIPPING APPROACH is that there should be plenty of spare time for getting the laundry done, having the odd relaxing cup of tea and of course, getting those emergency cards out! You can contact me and I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to prioritise your order. Just send me a message prior to ordering and I will let you know if there’s any reason why I can’t.
