When's your birthday? Mine is May which means every year I get to celebrate over a carpet of bluebells and a pergola of hanging wisteria at my parents house. What do you notice every year on your birthday? Maybe it's January and you're wearing thick woolly tights and a sparkly frock (or suit)? Or maybe it's July and there's always festivals and lots of bright flowers out in the garden? Year after year my birthday always has a note and feeling of this particular time of season - just like my friends birthday in October always has a “Lets get cosy and watch Harry Potter back to back with pumpkin spiced latte” feel to it. It made perfect sense to me that cards should also carry this feeling… And so the creation of 12 Months of Birthdays began. It's here, in this world, in it's lovely little gift box so you always have a stock of seasonally appropriate cards in the house for your friends and loved ones. Lovingly re-stocked and packed by me and The Farmer. We sat by the fire watching 1923 one March evening. I gave him absolutely no choice in the matter, I help him on the farm, so he can help me create for you!
